Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (about half a pineapple)
• 1/2–1 cup of coconut water (optional)
Directions:
- Add pineapple to your juicer or blender
- Pour in coconut water
- Blend or juice until smooth
- Strain if desired (optional)
- Serve fresh.
Keep it simple–fruit digests best on its own.
