The DailyLee Juice: Not–So–Dole Pineapple🍍

Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (about half a pineapple)

• 1/2–1 cup of coconut water (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add pineapple to your juicer or blender
  2. Pour in coconut water
  3. Blend or juice until smooth
  4. Strain if desired (optional)
  5. Serve fresh.

Keep it simple–fruit digests best on its own.

Serves 1–2
